He previously had headed the Jeep brand since June 2009, and was head of the Ram brand since October 2015. Manley also served as COO of Asia Pacific and as the lead Chrysler Group executive for international operations, and oversaw the implementation of cooperation agreements for the international distribution of FCA-North America products.
Manley also served as executive vice president, international sales and global product planning operations, where he was responsible for product planning and all sales activities outside North America. He holds an MBA from Ashridge Management College in Ashridge, England, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Southbank University in London.
